Reservations are accepted on a ‘per person’ basis and not a room basis. Rates are therefore subject to the number of people that occupy a room. Persons over the age of 12 years are charged as adults. Child rates are based on a child sharing with their parents per night.

All rates are inclusive of VAT and subject to change without prior notice.

Accommodation Quotes are subject to availability and valid for 48hrs unless otherwise specified.

Provisional Bookings expire after 72hrs unless confirmed by a deposit in advance.

Extras such as Breakfast, other meals, beverages, laundry, telephone calls, etc. are excluded unless specified.

Bookings will only be confirmed once the guest house receive a 50% deposit by EFT or Credit Card, a travel agent voucher or a company purchase order for all accommodation booked along with all Guest names, cell phone numbers and arrival times of each Guest.

Upon receipt of confirmation of a reservation the Guest or person responsible for making the booking retains final responsibility to ensure all relevant reservation details are correct, as the guest house cannot be held liable for incorrect bookings at a later stage.

All accommodation is payable in advance or on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Guest retains personal liability for the account and any additional charges that might occur until the company, agent, or person that made the reservation on his or her behalf has settled the account.

Reduced long term rates are subject to bookings of 21 consecutive nights or longer. Reduced or Discounted rates are subject to strict payment in advance. Discounted rates will be revised to the standard short term rates should the agreed duration of stay be decreased or payment terms not be adhered to.

The guest house operates on a bed and breakfast basis and except for laundry does not provide or arrange other services such as dinner, transport, tours, functions, events, parties, baby sitting or conferences. Any services paid for by the Guest House on behalf of the guest will be subject to a 10% service fee.

Upon arrival at the guest house and upon receipt of the guest room key, the Guest thereby agree that they acknowledge all CGH Terms & Conditions and thus agree that they will honor such terms.
